Can you coach me remotely from UAE, UK, or USA?
Yes — the majority of our active clients are remote. All coaching is delivered digitally via a dedicated app, video calls, and direct email and Instagram DM — scheduled around your timezone.
Do you create personalised Indian meal plans?
Absolutely. Our meal plans are built around Indian food culture — dal, roti, sabzi, rice, chaas, and seasonal produce. Vegetarian, Jain, and regional variations all accommodated.
I have an injury or medical condition. Can you still help?
We work with and around injuries regularly. We also review lab work and coordinate with your physician when relevant to the nutrition and training protocol.
What if I travel frequently or have no fixed schedule?
Travel protocols are built in from day one. Hotel gym programmes, flight nutrition plans, eating-out guides, and schedule-adaptive training are standard across all engagements.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Energy and performance improvements are typically felt within 2–3 weeks. Visible physique changes usually appear between weeks 6–10. We set measurable targets from the assessment call.
How many clients do you take on at once?
We deliberately limit intake to maintain coaching quality. Availability is reviewed on application. When spots are full, you may be placed on a waitlist.
